The State of Texas canceled the Amber Alert Wednesday afternoon (10-14) after the boy was found safe in Tallahassee Florida by US Marshals. The suspect was taken into custody at that time.
The State of Texas issued the Amber Alert Wednesday (10-13) after the boy was reportedly abducted by the suspect in Justin over night Tuesday (10-13). The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
Malakai Izaak Mascorro a 1 year old Hispanic male, 2' 8" tall weighing 21 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a yellow Sesame Street onesie.
The suspect is Jose David Mascorro, a 24 year old Hispanic male, 5-feet-11-inches tall and about 185 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing grey basketball shorts and a black t-shirt. He has a tattoo of last name on his upper back.
The suspect vehicle is a gray 2008 Dodge Magnum with Texas tag number BB6K357.
